Located on the South Bank with sweeping views of the Thames, Sea Containers London is a hotel that blends the energy of a London neighbourhood with the sophistication of a boutique luxury experience. At the heart of it all is our dynamic kitchen team and we're currently looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join us.

Whether it's serving up vibrant dishes in our riverside restaurant, preparing canapes for a rooftop event at 12th Knot, or delivering standout room service, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional culinary experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the highest standard across various sections

Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen by maintaining mise en place and stock levels

Supporting junior chefs through mentoring and training

Ensuring high levels of cleanliness, organisation, and food safety at all times

Contributing ideas for menu development and seasonal specials

Working closely with the wider team to maintain consistency and quality

Salary: 35,797 p/a + tronc
