Compensation: $19.50 per hour
Our SpringHill Suites Anaheim Maingate is currently seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and independent-working Part-Time Maintenance Engineer to maintain the property up to brand standards and Owner expectations. As part of the property team you will help us craft inspired workplaces that enable all Associates to deliver kick-ass guest experiences and maximize investor returns! This could be the perfect opportunity to advance your career with a growing and exciting hotel management company!
Position Responsibilities
Assists in developing the team
Assists in budgeted needs of the maintenance department
Assists in developing sustainability programs
Provides assistance in execution of the annual CapEX plans
Assists with management of preventative maintenance program
Helps to ensure all SOPs are being utilized and Safety Standards are upheld
Education And Experience
3 years previous Hotel Maintenance Experience requested
Trade Certifications are highly preferred
Excellent Guest Service, Computer and Communication Skills are required via verbal, written and electronic means
