Who Were Looking For: We are currently seeking experienced and passionate Servers to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates are personable, attentive, and have deep knowledge or enthusiasm for Italian cuisine, wine, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from start to finish

• Possess strong menu knowledge, including food and wine pairings

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and professionally

• Communicate clearly with team members and support staff

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements:

• 2+ years serving experience in upscale or Italian restaurants

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

• Passion for hospitality and teamwork

• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• Knowledge of Italian cuisine, wines, and service style

• Fluent in English; conversational Spanish important, Italian is a bonus
