The Role: As a Server at Kojin, youll be responsible for delivering warm, attentive service that reflects the high standards of a Michelin-recognized restaurant. Your knowledge, poise, and ability to read the room will help create memorable dining experiences for every guest.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide welcoming, knowledgeable, and attentive service throughout the dining experience.
Guide guests through the menu with confidence and enthusiasm, making thoughtful recommendations.
Accurately take and input orders, monitor pacing, and ensure timely delivery of each course.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Maintain a clean and organized section, and assist with side work and closing duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of serving experience in a full-service or fine dining restaurant.
Strong understanding of food, wine, and service etiquette.
Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
Calm under pressure, with a natural sense of hospitality and professionalism.
A team player who takes pride in delivering memorable service.
