As a valued member of our custodial team, youll play a vital role in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for everyone. Benefits include a retirement plan; we invest in our employees futures as much as our facilities. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal. Report inventory needs. Perform minor repairs or report larger maintenance issues. Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all. Respond to custodial requests promptly and professionally. Some weekend detail work at a premium pay is required. Snow removal duties as needed. Performs other tasks as determined by the Facility Director. Previous custodial or maintenance experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
