Custodian

Hillcrest Educational Centers is looking to hire a full-time Custodian!

As a Custodian, you\'ll play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness

and order of our facilities. Your efforts help create a positive

environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Whether it\'s

keeping floors spotless, restocking supplies, or ensuring areas are

sanitized and safe, your work matters - and it\'s appreciated!

**Educational Requirements:** High school diploma or equivalent.

**Experience:** 3-5 years of custodial, buildings and grounds

experience. **Licenses or Certification:** Must have a valid clean

driver\'s license. **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

**Pay range:** \$21.39/hr - \$24.14/hr **Essential Duties and

Responsibilities:** 1. Responsible for upkeep of the buildings and

grounds including but not limited to lawn maintenance, snow removal and

general maintenance repairs. 2. Perform cleaning tasks such as carpet

extraction, floor maintenance, sweeping, vacuuming; cleans and sanitizes

restrooms and replenishes supplies, empties trash and recyclables. 3.

Execute minor semi-skilled building maintenance and repairs such as

painting, light carpentry and other unlicensed trades work. 4. Organize

and maintain appropriate inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies;

may move office furniture, cabinets and other equipment. 5. Accountable

for upkeep, maintenance, and inspections of rentals. 6. Computer

literate, navigate email and work request system. 7. Willing to work at

other locations and must be available for nonscheduled work hours as
