Job Details Are you looking to use your talents creatively in our new restaurant in River North? Do you love meeting people and take providing service personally? You might be perfect for our Bartender position! In this role, you would be interacting with our evening guests and ensuring that their needs are met while in our restaurant. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and a love for going the extra mile for guests. Dinner only

Bartender Responsibilities :

In this role, you will report to the Bar Manager. Responsibilities may include:

Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
Upselling drinks to maximize profits
Mixing great quality drinks and serving food to our guests
Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
Providing excellent and timely customer service
Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
Stocking the bar inventory when needed
Other duties as required

Bartender Qualifications:
1+ years of bartending experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be of legal drinking age
Smart Serve certification (or equivalent Alcohol Training Awareness Program (ATAP) in your location*)
Mixology Certification considered a definite asset
Ability to multitask
Positive and friendly attitude
Must be able to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
