Job Summary: As a Server at Bardea Restaurant Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to our guests while maintaining a deep understanding of our menu and beverage offerings. Your passion for food and exceptional customer service will help create memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor and a genuine smile.
• Present menus, provide detailed information about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, checking in periodically to anticipate their needs.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare tables before and after service, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of daily specials, wine pairings, and seasonal menu items.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, ensuring all transactions are completed with attention to detail.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
