After 9 incredible years with us, our current sous-chef is moving on to new adventures. Were now looking for a passionate, skilled, and experienced Chef de Cuisine to join our team and help lead the kitchen of our fine dining French-inspired restaurant.
Who Were Looking For
A culinary leader with minimum 8 years of professional experience
Deep knowledge of French cuisine and classical techniques
A strong background in fine dining and high-end culinary standards
A team player with excellent organizational and leadership skills
Someone ready to be part of a collaborative and ambitious kitchen culture
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Executive Chef Yuri Szarzewski to create and launch our monthly tasting menus
Manage and lead the kitchen team with precision and discipline
Take full ownership of kitchen operations from setup to closing
Clock in with flexibility, ensuring mise en place and team are fully ready for doors opening at 5:30pm
Close the kitchen each night, check and control each station (partie), and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and consistency
Schedule & Conditions
We are closed every Sunday and Monday no exceptions
We operate dinner service only, with two seatings per night: 5:30pm and 8:00pm
No more than 75 covers per night, maintaining our strong belief in quality over quantity
What We Offer
$85,000 to $90,000/year depending on profile, background, and skill level
2 weeks paid vacation after one full year with us
