EMPLOYER SUMMARY
This is a veteran-owned and operated business which provides you a truck to use at work as well as to drive home in the evenings, with fuel, equipment and PPE all paid for.
REQUIREMENTS
- 18 years or older
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday.
- Have a valid driver's license and ability to drive.
- Drive a company truck around Cottage Grove Lake.
- Pass a background check; some prior records are acceptable.
- Comfortable stooping, standing, bending, and lifting for multiple hours each shift.
PREFERENCES
- Previous experience doing some physical and/or outdoor work, such as janitorial, custodian, housekeeping, landscaping, labor, military, ranch hand, etc.
- Consistent work history, such as longevity with a company.
JOB DUTIES
- Clean and maintain facilities and public spaces.
- Regular duties include sweeping, mopping, dusting, picking up/taking out garbage, emptying trash cans, cleaning floors, wiping surfaces, and more.
- Restroom cleaning entails cleaning mirrors, counters, floors, toilets, and surrounding areas.
- Maintain a schedule of working on certain locations and tasks at certain times.
HOURS
- Saturdays and Sundays (adding Friday or Monday may also be an option).
- 5:00 am - 2:00 pm (required) and 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm (preferred).
PAY
- $21.77 per hour ($17.20 base pay plus additional $4.57 for insurance compensation).
- Pay will increase to $22.68 per hour on August 1st ($17.75 base plus $4.93 insurance comp.).
