Ever, a two Michelin-starred fine-dining restaurant led by acclaimed Chef Curtis Duffy, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable professional to join our Sommelier team. We are looking for someone passionate about wine, eager to grow, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest experience at the highest level.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of wine-related experience in a fine-dining or upscale restaurant setting

Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, and service etiquette

Excellent communication and hospitality skills

Ability to collaborate closely with our culinary and front-of-house teams

Minimum one-year commitment required
