**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to manage mechanical systems, including large commercial equipment and rooftop HVAC units, across various commercial buildings. The role involves maintenance duties at office buildings in downtown areas.

**Responsibilities**
+ Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
+ Manage and service rooftop HVAC units and commercial building equipment.
+ Ensure the operational efficiency of chillers and other facilities maintenance tasks.
+ Conduct maintenance duties at office buildings located downtown.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with HVAC systems and facilities maintenance.
+ Knowledge of building systems, chillers, and HVAC equipment.
+ Hands-on maintenance experience with commercial HVAC units.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ 1+ years of experience in maintenance of commercial HVAC units; 3+ years preferred.
+ Experience with chiller and boiler systems preferred but not required.
+ EPA Universal or Electrician's journeyman card

Two technicians will be needed at Ward Parkway, two in downtown Kansas City, MO, one at East Park, and one at South Park, KS, each location offering a company truck for work purposes.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00/yr.
