We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our company. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience for guests, clients, and employees alike. This position also provides general administrative support to ensure the front office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and direct all visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Notify staff of visitor arrivals
Answer incoming phone calls and emails; direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Maintain visitor logs, employee directories, and office contact lists
Follow and enforce company security procedures, including issuing visitor badges
Keep the reception area organized and presentable at all times
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages
Monitor and restock office supplies; notify purchasing when stock is low
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational abilities
Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Must follow company procedures and directives
RingCentral phone system experience is a plus
