Kojin is a Michelin Guiderecommended restaurant in Coral Gables, known for its commitment to exceptional food, hospitality, and attention to detail. Were currently seeking a Food Runner to join our front-of-house team and help deliver an elevated dining experience with precision, professionalism, and warmth.

The Role: As a Food Runner, you will play a vital role in supporting both the kitchen and service teams by ensuring dishes are delivered promptly, correctly, and with care. Youll be the final point of contact before a dish reaches the guestyour attention to detail and sense of urgency help shape the overall experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food to guests efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct dish placement.

• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to maintain smooth service.

• Understand menu items thoroughly to answer guest questions confidently if needed.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo and service areas.

• Support with resetting tables and other FOH tasks as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Energetic, dependable, and detail-oriented.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

• Previous experience in a restaurant environment is a plus, but not requiredwere happy to train the right person!
