Janitor

Our client, a leading property management company, is seeking a Janitor to join their team. As a Janitor, you will be part of the facilities management team supporting the maintenance of community amenities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent oral communication abilities, and a commitment to teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Janitor

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $22 per hour

Shift:

What's the Job?

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the clubhouse, fitness center, and pool.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors.
• Perform light housekeeping duties as necessary to ensure facilities are in good repair.
• Assist in setting up mini models and ensure units are clean for daily showings.
• Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to address resident service requests promptly.

What's Needed?

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently.
• Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
