Experienced Server Wanted Join Our Anchor Rose Family!
Location: Santa Barbara, CA (Waterfront)
Compensation: Hourly + cash tips
Schedule: Part time, early afternoon to late evenings; weekends a must!

The Anchor Rose is Santa Barbaras beloved neighborhood restaurant, serving fresh Californian fare with heart. Our cozy, nauticalchic space is filled with laughter, good energy, and stellar customer service.
What Youll Do
* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued.
* Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system, including OpenTable reservations when applicable.
* Provide detailed menu descriptions and recommendations to enhance the dining experience.
* Serve food and drinks promptly while adhering to food safety standards.
* Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and address any special requests or dietary restrictions.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
* Assist with food preparation as needed during busy service periods.
* Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
What You Bring
* Friendly, approachable, and serviceoriented attitude.
* Strong communication and multitasking skills.
* Minimum 1-2 year experience in a similar role.
* Strong math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
* Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
* Familiarity with POS systems; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional guest services.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable experiences.
* Valid Food Handlers Card and CA Responsible Beverage Service certification required.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and move through a fastpaced floor
* Team player mindset; committed to smooth operations
