Guest Services Representative - Family Paradise, Walton, ON

Killam Apartment REIT (TSX:KMP.UN), is a growth-oriented real estate investment trust which owns, manages and develops multi-family residential properties in Atlantic Canada, Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. Killam is focused on maximizing its value and long-term profitability through increasing earnings, expanding the portfolio through acquisitions and developing high-quality properties in its core markets.

We are looking for energetic and customer focused Guest Services Representatives to join our team for the season at Family Paradise Seasonal Resort. Part-time and full-time hours are available.

Responsibilities:

• Present a positive, energetic attitude with a desire to please guests and motivate staff.

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer complaints are tended to with a sense of urgency to achieve full satisfaction.

• Assist with overall operation of the store and office.

• Assist with hiring of store team, training, scheduling and ensure all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures.

• Assist in preparation of annual budget to ensure financial profitability of the property.

Qualifications:

• Previous administrative experience;

• Excellent organizational skills;

• Basic computer skills;

• Previous account payable and receivable experience required;

• Ability to work well in a team and individually;

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
