We are looking for a Sous Chef who has strong planning,anizing, staffing, directing and controlling management skills.

Matts' Rotisserie & Oyster Lounge is a casual, upscale place with a lively bar, great food and friendly service. Our wood fired rotisserie and scratch recipes make Matts' a neighborhood favorite for over 20 years.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach culinary team to consistently superb execution of menu items, while effectively maintaining recipe standards and rigorously managing costs
Provide clear, lead-by-example professional growth and cultural guidance to kitchen team and restaurant to instill a mindset of continuous improvement, skills development, attention to detail, systems and procedurepliance while provide the teainm with the appropriate support, training, feedback and insight to maximize their skills to the betterment of the restaurant and its profitable growth
Qualified candidates will have:
Minimum of 1 year of culinary/kitchen management experience and 3 years experience working in high volume industry leading kitchens
Must have a strongmand of high-end cuisine, technique and business management skills
Passion for training and development of others
Attention to details of food quality, preparation and presentation
Influential, team oriented leadership style that focuses on making others better
Flexible and adaptive to rapidly changing priorities and work demand
Strongmunication skills
