The Victor Tavern in Eastlake, Seattle, is a modern sports bar and urban tavern from Chef Ethan Stowell. Fans of the original South Lake Union (SLU) location will be happy to see all the crowd-favorite burgers, craft cocktails, and local beers we are known for.

The Victor Tavern is your go-to sports bar for a relaxing happy hour with a delicious burger and a beer after work or for enjoying cocktails and dinner with friends while exploring the area. We offer lunch and dinner every day, plus brunch on weekends. Conveniently located on Eastlake Avenue, near Fairview and Chandler's Cove, The Victor features a spacious dining room, a lively bar, an open-air patio, and plenty of TVs and games. We can't wait to wee you!

Qualifications

Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service

Strongmunication and interpersonal skills

Have an interest in developing a broader knowledge of food, beer, wine, and spirits offerings

Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit

Current WA Food Workers Card

While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remainpetitive, ESR adds a 20% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
