Position Overview: We re on the lookout for energetic and talented Servers and Bartenders to join our team! In this role, you'll wow our guests with exceptional service, whip up fantastic drinks and help create an unettable experience at Tejas Brewery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Server:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly.
Provide detailed information about our menu, including beer offerings and specials.
Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and quality.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
Maintain a clean andanized work area, including tables, service stations, and the dining area.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
As a Bartender:
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including craft beers, cocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
Mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
Maintain ananized and clean bar area, including inventory management and restocking supplies.
Engage with guests to provide personalized rmendations and create a weing atmosp.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ad to responsible alcohol service practices.
Monitor and manage the bars inventory, including ordering supplies and managing costs.
Qualifications:
TABC and Food Handler certification or the ability to obtain it before starting is required.
Previous experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Knowledge of craft beers, cocktails, and food pairings is a plus.
Excellent munication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail andmitment to providing exceptional service.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to pass a drug test for employment.
