Dimo's is expanding with a new bakery/deli/market concept and we are searching to fill the Service/Waiter positions. This is a layered restaurant concept that we are SO excited to launch. If you've been to Dimo's before, you know that we take our product seriously in a fast-casual environment. Dimo's Italian Specialties will be a more refined sibling concept to what we have already built.
Featuring
a full Italian deli with sandwiches served on fresh baked bread with house-roasted meats, pickles, and spreads
an ever-changing daily case featuring seasonal vegetables, grab and go items, pastries, breads and slice pies.
a curated marketplace of retail packaged, refrigerated, and dry goods.
a full bar with craft cocktails along with handpicked local beers and european wines.
AND an exclusive Italian Supper Club with white tablecloth, fine dining service, on weekends only.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
You are passionate about excellent food & beverage, outstanding hospitality, have a positive attitude, and are excited to be a part of the team! You thrive in a small team environment, are able to multitask while staying calm & collected, are able to be self-directed and effectively problem solve.
SUMMARY: Looking for experienced Servers / Waitstaff who can engage with customers and set the example for exceptional customer service, while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards. Contribute to a positive work environment, and maintain excellentmunication with both FOH and BOH teams. Pay close attention to details and support management in problem-solving to ensure every guest has an outstanding experience.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
1+ Years restaurant experience table service preferred
Positivemunication skills
Excellentanizational and time management skills
Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, and lift 50 lbs regularly
Food Handlers and OLCC licenses
Experience working with Clover POS, or like POS a plus.
TASKS/DUTIES:
Provide excellent hospitality in a multifaceted front of house restaurant position. Foster relationships with our guests to create meaningful experiences Ensure guests have an outstanding experience when they dine with us
Build rapport within the team and with ourmunity. We work as a team andmunicating in clear, direct, non-emotional and kind ways are a must. No job is too big or small for any of us
Be adaptable and work independently. We work independently & collaboratively in order to provide outstanding service. Being able to identify and fulfill the needs of the service without direction is of utmost importance
Working knowledge of restaurant and bar products, food, wine, cocktails, taps
Keep our space clean and tidy. Efficiently open and close the dining area. Ad to cleanliness and safety procedures/protocols set by the team leadership
Assist in preparation & stocking of the restaurant, as needed
