Unicorniverse Bakery & Cafe is a new concept in Round Rock who just opened our first location two years ago. Have you ever been to one of those fancy cafes in Europe? Well, that's what we've brought to the North Austin area, in a plant-based fashion! That's right, classic French pastries without dairy or eggs. We aim to bring a classic European style with some modern elements, and a fun, magical atmosp.
This is our first and only location, and we've put everything we've got into this place. We're very passionate about it, and we're looking for magical people who are equally passionate about what they do and will put great care into what they do .
We use only plant based milks; Oat milk is our standard, but we also offer Almond and Coconut.
We're looking for energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our Magical team!
We are open 7 days a week, currently from 8am - 4pm. The Barista position typically starts from 7:45-10am until 4:15-6pm
Requirements
Texas Food Handlers Certification
Full Availability on Weekends and Holidays
Legally Able to Work in the US
Fluent in English
Ability to Lift 50lbs+
Positive Attitude
Magic
**Proficient with Latte Art** (Latte art pouring will be tested at interview)

Daily Calibrating and Cleaning of Espresso Equipment
Brewing and Creating High Quality Coffee Drinks
Be Able to Produce Consistent and Presentable Latte Art
Communicating with Guests in Friendly, Pleasant Manner
Run Cash Register to Take Guest Orders and Check Out
Serve from Pastry Display Cases and Package/Plate Foods
Knowledgeably Answer Customer Questions with Confidence
Keep Work Area Clean and Presentable
Be Attentive to Guest Needs and Bus Tables as Needed
Accurately Input Orders in PoS System
Thorough Clean up of Service and Dining Area at Closing
Be Knowledgeable and Mindful of Food Allergies
Follow Safety Practices when working in the Kitchen
Utilize Provided Safety Equipment
Follow All Food and Health Safety Guidelines
Minimize Food Waste
Follow Directions from the Owners
