We are hiring at Prince!

Our mission is to foster curiosity, creating the best coffee experience for everyone.

To achieve this, we curate coffee products of the finest quality from around the world, craft new drinks to enhance seasonality, and most importantly, hustle as one team to provide our guests with upromised service.

Working at Prince:

-We have moved to a 4 day work week (26hrs on average) in order to give Baristas the social and physical rest much needed after a week behind bar. Additional hours and shift coverage opportunities are always available for those looking for a more robust work week.

-Starting pay $16.30 with a .50 increase once trained and an additional .25 increase after passing advanced barista qualifications

-Tip average is between $10-$14.00 per hour

-All employees receive accrued 40hrs sick pay

-All employees receive accrued 12hrs paid mental health days

-Advanced baristas receive accrued 12hrs PTO

-All employees have access to 2 weeks paid maternity leave

Who we are looking for:

- Experienced barista strongly preferred

- Loves working in a fast paced environment

- Ability/desire to maintain a clean work area at all times

- Must love people

- Passionate about coffee and serving others

- Curiosity to always be learning and growing

- Availability to work weekends

- Someone looking to stick around for a little while

- Availability to do light food prep

- Open to work shifts at either our Beaumont or NW 19th locations

Prince is a small team and a high volume shop with a lot of regulars who we love! We are looking for someone to join our team and continue to foster happiness to both the Beaumont and NW neighborhoods while producing great drinks.
