We are currently hiring for an experienced Receptionist to support our Oxford, MA location. This is a great opportunity to work in a high-tech environment and help IPG Photonics make a great first impression with our visitors, customers, vendors, and staff.

Duties:

• Greeting and establishing a good first impression with visitors
• Coordinating visitors, badges, and log-ins
• Answering and routing phone calls
• Handling inquiries from the public
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• General clerical duties as needed

• 1+ years' experience in a similar position
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office
• Professional image
• Able to multitask
