Job Details The James Beard Award winning bar in Williamsburg, Maison Premiere, is currently hiring experienced and charismatic Server Staff to join our expanding team.We are looking for candidates with a genuine appreciation for the hospitality business, a professional work ethic.
Server must possess a genuine hospitality, eager to learn a broad knowledge of seafood, wine and spirits, follow the steps of service and carries a positive demeanor while under pressure.
Candidates must have a sincere desire to make guests feel at home and a non-stop drive to deliver outstanding service. Fine dining experience is preferred and a polished appearance is required. Great communication skills is required on all departments!
A keen interest in craft cocktails, absinthe, wine, oysters, and seafood, plus an eagerness to learn more are important. We are looking for candidates that will passionately embody our brand, vision, and high level of hospitality, and act as ambassadors to our food and beverage programs.
The work is fast paced and offers a great opportunity to expand your knowledge of seafood and cocktails.
