Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods

Follow recipes and ensure consistent product quality and presentation

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking areas

Manage inventory and communicate supply needs to management

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards

Assist in developing new baked items or seasonal specials

Qualifications:
Previous baking experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Team player with a positive attitude
