LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED JANITOR (OFFICE AND MODEL HOME CLEANING)
We are looking for an experienced Janitor/Cleaner to take care of our businesses/model homes.

Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain offices and model homes (example: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning stains, restroom cleaning, etc)
* Follow instructions given by management and communicate for each job
* Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
* Be reliable and ready to work
* Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements and skills
* Experience as a Janitor, experience in cleaning offices and homes
* Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Perform each work shift at 100% and be able to work independently
* Pass a drug screen
* Drivers license - with good record/subject to back ground check
* Be able to travel from Inland Empire to Orange County if needed
