Counter Staff/Cashier

We are looking for a friendly and dependable **Counter Staff Member **to join our carry-out restaurant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers placing orders. You'll handle transactions, answer questions about the menu, ensure order accuracy, and help maintain a clean and welcoming enviroment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet customers promptly and courteously.

- Take food and beverage orders accurately via POS system.

- Process payments ( cash, credit/debit, mobile payments).

- Pack and hand off carry-out orders in a timely and organized manner.

- Answer phones and take call-in orders.

- Assist with light food prep or restocking as needed.

- Manintain cleanliness of the front counter, beverage station, and guest areas.

- Follow all food safety and hygine procedures.

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and delivery staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior customer service or cashier experience preferred.

- Strong communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced enviroment.

- Basic math and money-handling skills.

- Friendly and professional demeanor.

- Avaliability to work flexible hours, including evennings and weekends.

- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
