Where to begin?

We love the Miami coffee scene, from the ventanitas to the pioneering second-wave roasters and cafes (...still missing All-Day).

But lets be real much of it feels overpriced and mediocre compared to what youd find in other global cities, and we think we can do better. Oh, and dont even get us started on automatic espresso machines or those large cappuccinos!

So, yes, we take our coffee seriously, but not ourselves. Our mission is to bring an authentic, high-quality, and thoughtful coffee and wine experience to everyone who walks through our doors.

Weve got an amazing partnership with Counter Culture, a fantastic leadership team, a bright, beautiful space in Coconut Grove and a chromed-out classic Marzocco Linea ready for you to showcase your skills.

With our wine bar about to open, we're excited to bring this vibe to the happy hour scene and offer and alternative to all those places charging $20 glass for cheap sugary swill and bad food.

About the Role

Youll work the counter and bar, handling everything from espresso drinks to wine pours. As part of our customer-facing team, youll be responsible for creating a warm, authentic experience for each guest, ensuring every drink is top quality, and maintaining a welcoming, clean space. Teamwork, communication, and a positive attitude are key.

Pero, la verdad es que mucho esta sobrevalorado y es mediocre en comparacion con otras ciudades cosmopolitas, y creemos que podemos hacerlo mejor. Ni hablar de las maquinas de espresso automaticas o los grandes cappuccinos!

Sobre el Trabajo

Trabajaras en el mostrador y la barra, preparando desde bebidas de espresso hasta copas de vino.
