90 Degrees Bangkok Cafe and Bar is a contemporary, authentic Thai restaurant decorated in a fusion manner, incorporating traditional Thai elements with modern design to emote a warm ambiance where customers can delight in the sights, aromas, and tastes of Thai cuisine. Our customers enjoy Thai cuisine filled with unique ingredients assembled in a novel way. Thai Specialty Cooks play a key role in a Thai restaurant's success, as the food they cook keep our customers coming back for more. Our Thai Specialty Cook coordinate food preparation, assist with food production tasks and ensure that quality and cost standards are consistently maintained.

Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks perform the following duties:

Prepare and cook Thai specialty foods, such as curries, soups, sauces, roasts, noodles, and stir-fries, while incorporating unique ingredients and fresh herbs and spices, as well as important Thai seasonings, such as lemongrass, lime leaves, Thai basil, coconut milk, tamarind, and fish sauce;

Cook food quickly and efficiently to meet the demands of restaurant turnover and customer needs while keeping a consistently good taste and the traditional Thai aesthetic plating;

Check the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;

Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and

Check stock levels and order supplies.
