About the Household Two primary adults in residence; adult children may visit or stay occasionally. Single-family home, ~4,500 sq ft, 6 bed / 6 bath. Three dogs (including a large German Shepherd); pet-friendliness required. Core Responsibilities Daily and rotational deep cleaning throughout the home. Specialty care for fine furnishings, surfaces, and materials. Bed making, linen rotation, and occasional seasonal refreshes. Sweeping porches, wiping window sills, and light outdoor weeding and watering of potted plants. No laundry, weekend or travel expectations. Schedule & Rhythm 24-35 hours/week; ideally 5 shorter days or 3-4 longer days. This will be established by the candidate and Principle prior to employment. Clear, structured cleaning zones designated per day. 1/2 hour or 1 hour lunch option (off site), depending on the candidate's preference.
