Groundskeeper/Maintenance Details:

Temporary position

$18.00 /hour

Full Time work available

Weekend work required

First Shift (Sunday through Saturday from 09:00am to 06:00pm)

Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or property managers

Perform inspections and routine preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot and repair issues with: Plumbing, electrical and HVAC

Basic carpentry

Handle drywall

Maintain outdoor areas: landscaping, general cleanup

Groundskeeper/Maintenance Qualifications:

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Must be able to pass a background check

General handyman/maintenance experience 3+ years preferred

Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, walking, climbing, or kneeling for extended periods Able to work in tight spaces
