Job Description:
Supporting various sites providing various Client Service offerings including but not limited to, the services listed below. Looking for a definite high-level of customer service excellence, communication skills and polished hospitality expertise as well as computer/Microsoft Office skills.
Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors/guests, validate guest list, provide badges/parking validation
- Act as company concierge: tours, local recommendations, hospitality
- Manage conference room scheduling and meeting preparations
- Assist with client travel arrangements and caterer coordination
- Update phone & speed dial lists
Required Skills & Attributes
- Customer service excellence (especially in hospitality/legal settings)
- Polished communication skills
- Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Professional demeanor & hygiene
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Adaptability and positive attitude
- Willingness to accept instruction & constructive feedback
- Physical ability: lift/move packages up to 50 lbs; hand truck up to 400 lbs
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 13 years experience in related field preferred
- Headquarters/corporate environment experience is a plus
- Organizational and coordination skills
- Basic problem-solving ability
- Minimum supervision required
