Daily Responsibilities:

• Menu planning and development
• Ensuring portion control and food quality standards
• Utilizing knife skills for food preparation
• Assisting with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service
• Handling food safely and following sanitation guidelines
• Collaborating with the culinary team on meal preparation and catering events
• Assisting with dishwashing and kitchen cleanliness

Required Skills:

• Experience in culinary arts and food preparation
• Knowledge of food and beverage management
• Strong understanding of food safety practices (ServSafe Certified preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Scratch Cooking
• Plate Presentation

Delta Kappa Epsilon (ΔΚΕ), commonly known as DKE or Deke, is one of the oldest fraternities in the United States, with fifty-six active chapters and five active colonies across North America. It was founded at Yale College in 1844 by fifteen sophomores who were discontented with the existing fraternity order on campus. The men established a fellowship where the candidate most favored was "he who combined in the most equal proportions the Gentleman, the Scholar, and the Jolly Good Fellow."
