Reporting Lines:
The server reports to the General Manager and Floor Manager / Assistant General Manager (AGM).

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly, escort them to their tables, and provide menu recommendations.
  • Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen, ensuring special requests and dietary needs are communicated.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately, presenting dishes with finesse and attention to detail.
  • Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, replenishing beverages, utensils, and condiments as required.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and timely service.
  • Assist in setting up and clearing tables, maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
  • Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and card transactions.
  • Uphold DOH cleanliness and sanitation standards, following health and safety protocols.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Assist in restaurant events and promotions, engaging with guests to enhance their experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong base knowledge of food, wine and spirits
  • Previous experience as a Server in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in order-taking and service presentation.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tables with efficiency.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices to maintain a hygienic dining environment.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Passion for the culinary and hospitality industry, with a desire to enhance the guest experience.
Compensation Details

Compensation: Hourly ($11.00) plus tips
