What Youll do:
At Superprime you will be working on a station, managing and producing the stations mise en place. Making sure everything tastes great on a daily basis. Working as a team with other cooks to produce delicious food. You will be reporting to the sous chef and chef de cuisine daily.
Job requirements:
Prepare and produce high quality dishes
Work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen environment
Uphold the highest standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
Collaborate with your teammates and support a positive, respectful kitchen culture
Maintain a clean and organized station during service and breakdown
At least 1 year of cooking experience (fine dining preferred)
Culinary degree is a plus, but not required
Comfort with physical aspects of the role (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
