Our cocktail menu is small, being divided by lesser known classics, and custom creations. All our menus are printed in the restaurant and rotate as needed allowing for plenty of room for creativity and seasonality.
Wildweed is a chef-driven restaurant that celebrates the best of the region with a strong focus on supporting local farmers, producers and distributors. We are a small restaurant with lots of moving parts, including two distinct dining experiences. The first experience is our main dining room and bar which features seasonal pastas deracinated from tradition, and seasonal snacks and a little too much ice cream.
Our second experience, is an immersive 12 course tasting menu at our chefs counter where we cook and serve guests an incredible story representing time and place from our Midwestern palate. Our restaurant was most recently featured as a Finalist for Best Chef: Great Lakes Region, our pasta program has been showcased in the Wall Street Journal, we are listed as one of Esquires Best New Restaurants, Midwest Living's "Best Of The Midwest", with more accolades to come! We're looking to fill the position with the right person with great energy and a positive attitude and a love for hospitality. We're looking for a candidate who enjoys creating new menu offerings using seasonal ingredients, works well and clean under pressure, and enjoys collaborating and building on ideas as a team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity and the right candidate should be knowledgable about spirits and classic cocktails, operate professionally, and be a good communicator. Compensation: Hourly (Based on Experience) plus tips
