The Spa Concierge greets guests and explains the spa facilities and services. Coordinates and facilitates all spa front desk, salon front desk, retail, and phone activities.

Essential Functions:

  • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
  • Greets and processes guests checking in and out.
  • Takes care of guest needs.
  • Ensures that supplies are available and that the facilities are kept clean, always stocked and in safe condition.
  • Maintains awareness and knowledge of new products, services, packages, treatments, and procedures.
  • Perform reception desk duties as necessary and properly uses authority within given guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Keep updated on schedules, spa services and policies, sales techniques, and special spa events or promotions.
  • Schedules appointments for all spa treatments and assists guests in selecting spa services and retail items.
  • Knowledge of technical and standard operating procedures for the position including cash handling, billing, credit card, room charge/account and gift certificate policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory as needed.
  • Supports the company culture expectation on delivering 4 diamond service.
  • Adherence to all departmental and company policies, including but not limited to the attendance and appearance policy and the code of conduct.

Qualifications:

  • Must be able to verbally communicate with guests and co-workers.
  • Knowledgeable of technical and standard operating procedures for the position including cash handling, billing, credit card, room charge/account and gift certificate policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • At least 18 years of age.
