Job Summary:As a Senior Guest Service Agent or Night Guest Service Agent, you will establish and provide excellent guest service by greeting guests, assisting with their needs during their stay, and providing information about the location, park, and company.

The Details:Position Type: SeasonalSeason Dates: December 2025 to March 2026Pay: $17.00/hr.Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days/per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Guest Service Agent

• Guest Service Agents register guests for their accommodations or make reservations for them at one of the other park locations. They also explain the services and activities at their own location and throughout the park.

Night Guest Service Agent

• AKA the "overnight" front desk worker in the hotel. When on duty, this position is responsible for checking in guests along with the completion of Night GSA duties for each shift. We use a computer-based system that will require a typing test.

• Must be flexible and open to changes in procedures.

Physical Requirements include:

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach.
• Must be able to work with required cleaning chemicals.
