THE JOB:
The excitement comes alive in our BetMGM Book & Bar! As a host, you will greet our guests and guide them through our state-of-the-art, premier destination for high entertainment and dining. Join the tailgate as you use your show service skills to provide our guests with unforgettable memories!

THE STARTING RATE: $14.11

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Maintain knowledge of scheduled daily activities and inhouse groups, daily house count, table/seat/station numbers, proper table set ups, room capacity, hours of operation, price range and dress code of the restaurant
• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant
• Ensure menus have proper inserts and are current according to the most recent change, and replace all menus in poor condition
• Communicate the needs of the guests to the kitchen and management, inform management of guest reactions and comments, and assist management as needed to ensure smooth operation and quality service
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assigned work areas; shut down podium and forward phones to voiceloop at end of shift

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Is 21+ Years of age
• Preferably has a min of 1 year of customer service experience
• Is available on the weekends
