Job Details SECOND is a long-standing premium event space, lending iteself to host events for some of the worlds best innovators, creators, and brands. It's also known as a great social event destination. Featuring retractable glass walls and terrace, black iron beams, exposed brick walls, antiqued glass, several large gathering rooms, and 360* bar, events can range from intimate to extravagant.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Event Coordinator who will play a key role in planning, organizing and executing a diverse range of events within LTH's portfolio. This individual ensures that each event aligns with the client's goals while upholding LTH's highest standards of quality and service.

The goal is to facilitate the teams activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of SECOND.

Responsibilities
  • Clearly communicate timelines and contractual deadlines to clients and vendors to ensure on time deliverables and fulfillment of obligations
  • Create and propose tailored menus, organize tastings, and collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to confirm final selections aligned with client expectations
  • Apply any menu modifications and strategically apply upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue
  • Produce accurate and detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), ensuring all service, staffing, and logistical details are clearly documented and properly circulated.
  • Design and/or approve custom floor plans and event timelines; oversee inventory management to ensure availability of all necessary items and equipment
  • Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, resolve issues, and build strong, lasting relationships
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead final walkthroughs and rehearsals with clients and vendors, when applicable
  • Organize and oversee all event tastings to ensure alignment with client expectations and event goals

  • Excellent time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet in high-pressure situations

Compensation: Salary ($65,000.00 - $75,000.00) plus tips
