Front Desk Receptionist Schedule: Monday-Friday (Onsite) Shift (Please read) : Monday - Thursday: 9-hour shift between 8 AM - 6 PM & Half Day every Friday: 8 AM - 12 PM (Total 40 hours per week) Location: Saco, ME Pay Rate: $18-20+/HR (Depending on Experience) About the Role: As a Patient Service Specialist , you will serve as a key point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. You will be responsible for greeting and registering patients, providing clear information about their visit, and assisting with scheduling future appointments both in person and over the phone. Key Responsibilities: Patient Interaction : Greet patients, explain visit procedures, and provide follow-up appointment details. Scheduling : Manage appointment bookings and confirmations via phone and in-person. Insurance & Billing : Verify insurance eligibility, obtain necessary authorizations, collect co-pays, and counsel patients on their financial responsibilities. Documentation & Compliance : Prepare intake forms, maintain accurate records, and adhere to payment reconciliation protocols. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
