JOB DESCRIPTION

An apartment complex is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform basic maintenance of a high-end apartment complex, including basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, installing ceiling fans, changing outlets, etc. Hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualified candidates must have previous building maintenance experience, must be proficient making basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs, must have own tools, and must be reliable and dependable. Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
