They must also maintain a clean and organized workspace, comply with sanitation regulations, and ensure the quality and freshness of food.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Prepping ingredients (chopping, slicing, etc.), following recipes, and ensuring food is prepared according to standards.

Cooking:

Cooking menu items using the food truck's equipment, such as grills, fryers, or other cooking methods.

Serving:

Taking customer orders, serving food, and potentially assisting with cash handling.

Cleanliness:

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and proper food storage.

Compliance:

Ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.

Inventory:

Assisting with inventory checks and ensuring adequate supplies are available.
