Minimum Experience: 3 months of prior cooking experience

Education: No minimum education required

Compensation: Pay discussed during interview, based on experience

Job Duties:

Prepare and cook a variety of seafood and other menu items

Ensure food is prepared to quality and safety standards

Set up and stock food stations

Keep kitchen equipment and prep areas clean and organized

Coordinate food timing with servers and kitchen staff

Monitor inventory and restock as needed

Follow all health and food safety regulations

Assist with cleaning and closing procedures

Work with team to maintain a smooth kitchen flow

Requirements:

Minimum 3 months of cooking experience

Knowledge of basic kitchen equipment and techniques

Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

Strong time management and organizational skills

Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and work well under pressure

Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
