Benefits for Full-time Staff - Our company offers a competitive salary with an excellent benefits package including: 2 weeks of Vacation during first year of employment 3 weeks of Vacation per year after one year of employment 11 paid Holidays 12 paid Sick Days Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance Additional optional benefits: short term disability, long-term disability, flexible spending account, etc. Pension Plan with employer match of 50% up to 5% of your salary Daily Expectations and Duties - Overview: Ensure spaces are prepared for the next day by taking out trash, tidying furniture and dusting surfaces Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks and showers and restock disposables (e.g. soap) Wipe mirrors and windows Maintain outer premises by cleaning entrances Clean exam rooms and office spaces Qualifications Proven experience as custodian, janitor or in a similar role Knowledge of use and maintenance of industrial cleaning equipment and appliances Attention to detail HS Diploma Valid driver's license with good driving record preferred.
