Our client, a private investment firm, is seeking a Receptionist/Admin Assistant in New York, NY. The hours are 8am-6pm. This role is fully onsite, five days per week.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for the firm, greeting guests and offering hospitality
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area and manage front-of-house responsibilities, including managing incoming calls and handling packages and deliveries
Support office operations including ordering supplies and ensuring the aesthetic upkeep of the newly built office space
Provide administrative support to the recruiting team (Talent and HR) including interview scheduling and candidate coordination
Assist investment professionals with administrative tasks as needed
Interact occasionally with the CEO on ad hoc office needs; must be polished and demonstrate sound judgment
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving and a high level of discretion and professionalism
Qualifications:
Prior administrative experience required
Background in financial or professional services preferred
Highly organized, reliable, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Appreciation for high-end office aesthetics and client-facing professionalism
Compensation/Benefits:
Up to $110K plus bonus
