Join our Facilities Management team in Madison, WI, and become a key player in keeping our operations running smoothly. As a Building Maintenance Technician, youll tackle hands-on challenges, solve problems on the fly, and contribute directly to a healthier world through your work.
Essential Duties:
- Perform complex corrective and preventive maintenance tasks across our facilities
- Troubleshoot and repair engine-powered equipment, vehicles, and low-voltage electrical systems
- Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings to construct and repair projects
- Document maintenance actions accurately in our facility monitoring systems
- Collaborate with staff to plan and execute repairs and improvements
- Procure materials and manage tools and equipment with care
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in facilities or maintenance
- Solid understanding of general maintenance tasks and tool usage
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Experience with maintenance management systems
