Position Summary

This position will provide administrative support to the Dean's Office, greet and assist visitors to the Suite. It is an onsite only position with a presence required 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM. This position is responsible for: meeting and greeting visitors, answering the main phone line, managing conference room, opening Suite, handling food/catering for meetings, facility work orders, kitchen and closet inventory, and office supply orders. Support the Assoc. Dean of Talent & Administration with special projects, as needed.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience

One year of relevant experience preferred. Prefer exceptional customer service, organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, professional decorum and diplomacy, positive and energetic attitude and initiative; demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, resourcefulness, and ability to problem solve.
