Overview
Client is seeking a professional, high-energy Front Desk Receptionist to support a busy legal environment. This position requires exceptional customer service, strong communication, and organizational skills. The role includes administrative, hospitality, and concierge duties while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist all visitors and employees in a courteous and professional manner

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls using firm protocol and phone etiquette

  • Schedule and prepare meeting rooms with supplies, beverages, and AV needs

  • Maintain conference room cleanliness and lobby presentation

  • Order and organize office and breakroom supplies

  • Screen guests and follow all visitor security procedures

  • Sign for inbound packages; sort and distribute mail

  • Prepare and send out professional correspondence

  • Perform light clerical duties, including maintaining files, calendars, and preparing legal documents from draft or dictation

  • Manage calendars and support meeting deadlines

  • Assist with copy and print projects

  • Provide light hospitality support (coffee, water, food orders)

  • Maintain organized workspaces and supply closets

  • Monitor staff whereabouts to direct calls and visitors properly

  • Serve as firm concierge (knowledge of local restaurants, coffee shops, etc.)

  • Participate in firm/community service initiatives and events

  • Ability to arrive early for breakfast meetings and stay late for evening receptions

  • Be on feet throughout the day; occasional lifting (e.g., case of water or paper)

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum two years of related business experience, with preference for legal or law firm support

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude

  • Professional appearance and demeanor required (no jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, or exposed body art)

  • No driving responsibilities

  • No COVID-specific requirements

  • Interview process includes both video and in-person formats
